Design-PT's proprietary work-management system allows our clients to grade our performance once work is completed. The chart below displays the real-time results of that grading. We use these results to monitor your satisfaction, and to immediately address issues and concerns should they arise.

We have found this to be a valuable tool for our clients to voice their opinion and level of satisfaction regarding the IT solutions we provide. Please note that we do not adjust these grades; they are an up-to-the-minute, accurate reflection of our clients' feelings about our work.
