Orion served as President of Design-PT from 2003 to 2010. During his tenure, his leadership resulted in rapid growth from a three person office to twenty five staff and revenues of over $2 million annually. As CEO, Orion facilitates strategic planning, provides governance and thought leadership.

Orion has served as the primary team leader and system architect for numerous enterprise systems for organizations across the state of Alaska: Central Peninsula Health Centers, United Way of Anchorage, Central Peninsula Counseling Services, Anchorage Neighborhood Health Centers, Access Alaska and Frontier Community Services (the state's 48th largest employer). He has won national technology awards for at least two of his database systems, including a statewide food distribution tracking system called FACT. In 2010, he was the recipient of the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce's prestigious "Top 40 under 40" award.

Prior to Design-PT, Orion had several successful projects that received critical acclaim, most notably developing, managing and promoting Mouse Odometer, a viral marketing application which was featured in Scientific American, CNN, the Howard Stern Show, Maxim magazine, ZDNet and numerous smaller media sources. Mouse Odometer was translated into French and customized for marketing purposes of Volkswagen, Siemens A.G., Loreal, and UBISoft. omatthews@design-pt.com

Jeremiah has more than ten years of experience working in Information Technology (IT). He enjoys developing business strategies, writing software, solving challenging problems, and growing and leading teams of talented individuals. He has been involved in high-profile software development efforts for Alaska Airlines, Microsoft and Amazon.com. Jeremiah holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Alaska Anchorage as well as an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University.

In addition to his duties at Design-PT, Jeremiah is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Alaska Anchorage and serves on the Municipality of Anchorage's Health and Human Services Commission. jdunham@design-pt.com
